COMPANY HISTORY It started with a small Cloud Kitchen ...

The story of Alppha Foods began when innovative founding couple Bhavika Tailor with Finance background alongwith Engineer-MBA turned Foodpreneur Pratik Tailor started a Cloud Kitchen named Qwik O’Byts at Baner, Pune in 2020. They then engineered the food start-up into 'multi brandskitchen having crystal clear policy of serving, "Restaurant meals with Homely Ingredients".

Despite COVID, within no time, we are proud operators of 10+ cloud kitchens, Catering Services and Corporate Meals and geared up to expand in leaps and bounds.

We respect and honour our customer' s health and fitness and hence our food is prepared in Refined Oil and/or Pure Ghee with extra care and Fresh raw material, and free from added Ajinomoto, Artificial Colour, and Dalda.

We perfected ourselves in creating an artistic, elegant, memorable yet practical spread of dishes to be relished by both the eye and the palate. A gastronomical experience, Alppha Foods specializes in ethnic Indian, Fast food, Italian and Chinese cuisine. We settle only for the best. With great values, all our menus are of our pride.

Pratik Tailor, Co-Founder

He is Engineer cum MBA grad with 13+ years of experience in Supply Chain in India and Overseas. During Covid-19, he got an opportunity to peruse his Passion for Food and Event Planning. He successfully engineered his small cloud kitchen to a Multi Brand Cloud kitchens, Corporate Meals and Catering Brands.

Bhavika Tailor, Co-Founder

Bhavika has total 12+ years of Experience in the field of HR and Finance. She comes from Finance Background and is Passionate about serving great experience on Plate. She joined the Food business along with her husband to handle Operations, Quality Control, HR and Finance.

Head Chef, Muninder Tiwari

32+ years of hands on experience as a Chef in Restaurants, Bar, Catering and operating Canteens of upto 5000 people, makes him expert in almost all Cuisines. He is a master chef who handles entire Operations of À la carte Menu for our sister Concern ‘Qwik O Byts’ and Other Cloud Kitchens along with Catering and Corporate Orders.

Our Brands

Qwik O'Byts, specialises in rich flavoured Fast-food dishes prepared quickly and peppered with spicy and salty; buttery and caramelized; smoky and sapid. Another signature dish of Qwik O'Byts is its aromatic Biryani, cooked with high quality of rice and marinated veggies /chicken. People turn around to relish the delicious food at our first outlet.

The Secret Rasoi. This cloud kitchen is all about vibrant, colourful and spicy North Indian food full of butter, cream, paneer, and chicken. The perfect blend of the right amount of spices and the fresh veggies makes it everlasting tasty.

The Chinese Villa – The main feature of the Chinese villa is that the food has excellent taste, diversified sausages, and mouth-watering vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Our Indo-chinese dishes are cooked entirely differently and rich in ingredients that make them impossible to refuse.
